Good morning everyone and welcome to the Jardine Cycling carriage full year 2024 results presentation. I'm Ben Burks, JCNC's group managing director. Together with me is Amy Xu, our group finance director, and Jeffrey Tan, our group general counsel and Chief Sustainability Officer. I'll now start with the performance highlights. Firstly, I continue to be encouraged that the overall JCNC portfolio delivered a resilient result in 2024.
