The EVOLVITY 300 is developed to address the specific needs of RF/DC modeling and device characterization with a focus on a compact and user-friendly design.
The EVOLVITY 300 builds on the heritage of the Cascade S300 and Elite systems, offering a combination of standard features aimed at quick deployment and ease of use. Key features include a mechanical platen lift for enhanced safety, compatibility with FormFactor's Autonomous RF and DC measurement assistants, reconfigurable platen inserts, and a spacious platen design to support various test configurations.
