The new offerings from Accenture cover a broad spectrum of areas, such as agent AI solutions, customer experience modernization, Google Distributed Cloud industry solutions, wide area network services integration, and mainframe modernization using Gemini-powered tools. These capabilities are set to help clients from various sectors accelerate their digital transformations.

Among the notable implementations, Accenture is assisting Mondelēz International in scaling content creation using AI agents to generate personalized text, images, and videos rapidly. Moreover, CNA Insurance is partnering with Accenture to enhance data and AI usage across underwriting, risk analysis, claims, and operations, leveraging cloud-based solutions and AI for advanced analytics.
