DEWALT, a prominent brand under Stanley Black & Decker (SWK, Financial), has announced a series of new carpentry solutions designed for residential applications. The standout product is the 20V MAX* XR® 12-In. Double Bevel Sliding Miter Saw (DCS785), which sets a new benchmark in cordless cut capacity within DEWALT's lineup.
Key products in this release feature the DCS785, which can execute up to 371 cuts in 3¼-In. MDF Base Molding and capture 97% of dust, greatly enhancing worksite cleanliness. Additionally, the 20V MAX* XR® 10-In. Double Bevel Fixed Miter Saw (DCS714) is set to be available in May 2025, offering DEWALT's most powerful 20V MAX* compact miter saw yet.
Further additions to DEWALT's XR® lineup include the new 20V MAX* XR® Brushless Cordless Drill Driver (DCD801) and Hammer Drill (DCD806), each featuring the innovative ANTI-ROTATION System, which provides enhanced safety by detecting excessive motion and shutting down automatically.
In the measurement category, DEWALT has released 200-Ft. Laser Distance Measurers with high accuracy and various chalk reels to accommodate different layout needs. These are to be made available in the middle of the year.
