Snail's (SNAL) wholly owned subsidiary, Interactive Films, has entered into a strategic partnership with Mega Matrix (MPU, Financial) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). This collaboration aims to enhance both companies' foothold in the entertainment sector by developing, producing, and distributing short dramas globally.
According to the terms of the MOU, Interactive Films and Mega Matrix will combine their strengths to create a framework for this partnership, focusing on creative direction and script development. They will jointly oversee production progress, manage budgeting, and ensure a smooth workflow throughout the process.
Mega Matrix will play a crucial role in the production aspect, bringing its in-house team and vast experience in short-drama creation to manage outsourced production and post-production. This collaboration is expected to yield high-quality content that will be distributed across the companies' various platforms worldwide.
