According to the 2023 China Disability Census Report, the prevalence of autism in China has surpassed 13 million cases, making it the most common mental disability among children in the country. Currently, about 2 million Chinese children aged 0-14 are affected, and this figure is increasing by approximately 160,000 annually. The global concern is mirrored in the United States, where a recent CDC report highlighted that about 1 in 31 children are diagnosed with autism, signaling a growing international challenge.
