  • Q2 Metals (QUEXF, Financial) has extended the mineralized zone at the Cisco Project to 1.5 kilometers, nearly doubling its previous length of 850 meters.
  • The 2025 Winter Program concluded with 6,997 meters drilled across 14 holes, revealing significant spodumene pegmatite mineralization.
  • Assay results from the program are expected in May, and further metallurgical testing is underway.

Q2 Metals Corp. (QUEXF) has successfully completed its 2025 Winter Program at the Cisco Lithium Project in Quebec, Canada. A total of 6,997 meters were drilled across 14 holes, notably extending the mineralized zone's strike length to 1.5 kilometers from the previous 850 meters recorded at the end of 2024.

Drill hole CS25-028 uncovered eight spodumene pegmatite intervals, the most significant being a continuous span of 50.9 meters. Meanwhile, drill hole CS25-036 revealed 13 intervals, including a notable continuous stretch of 64.3 meters. These results underscore the project's potential, with assays from all 14 drill holes expected in May.

Currently, samples are being analyzed at SGS Canada, as Q2 Metals evaluates the potential to produce spodumene concentrate with over 6% Li2O through metallurgical testing. The Cisco Project, located 150 kilometers from rail access in James Bay, has already shown promising results from its 2024 discoveries, which included significant lithium intersections.

With the mineralized zone now open in all directions and at depth, Q2 Metals plans to resume drilling activities in June, aiming to systematically delineate the zone. In addition to drilling, the upcoming summer season will focus on further mapping and sampling, exploring untapped areas of the 30-kilometer-long greenstone belt.
