(FCN) has announced the strategic appointment of Josh Harris as a Senior Managing Director within its Private Equity practice, part of the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. With nearly two decades of industry experience, Harris is expected to bolster the firm's capabilities in creating value across the private equity lifecycle.
Based in New York, Harris specializes in portfolio strategy, performance improvement, post-merger integration, and organizational restructuring. He will concentrate on implementing large-scale transformations inclusive of change management and operational design activities for private equity firms and both large- and mid-cap companies. His expertise is particularly tailored towards clients in the aerospace, defense, aviation, space, technology, and professional services sectors.
Josh Harris joins FTI Consulting from his previous role as a partner at Bain & Company, where he managed complex strategy and transformation projects for global industrial and technology clients. Prior to that, he served as a partner and principal at PwC Strategy&, leading significant initiatives for Fortune 200 companies and private equity firms.
