CSG Systems International (CSGS), in collaboration with NetLync, has announced the launch of the CSG Entitlements-as-a-Service platform, aiming to revolutionize the mobile network operator (MNO) and mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) landscape as the telecom industry transitions to an eSIM-only standard. This strategic partnership addresses the growing demand for streamlined entitlement infrastructure, allowing operators to deploy services rapidly and efficiently.
The new SaaS platform is designed to empower operators by offering flexibility and speed, enabling seamless integration with both iOS and Android systems. "The shift to eSIM-only devices creates significant opportunities for early adopters to innovate and secure new revenue streams," stated Chad Dunavant, Chief Product & Strategy Officer at CSG.
NetLync's CEO, Emir Aboulhosn, emphasized that the partnership with CSG allows MNOs and MVNOs to navigate the challenges posed by outdated entitlement systems, paving the way for increased scalability and improved customer experiences. This move strategically positions operators to meet evolving market demands and harness the benefits of enhanced OEM features.
