SuperCom (SPCB), a leading provider in digital identity solutions and electronic security, has triumphantly secured a new electronic monitoring contract in Utah, marking its expansion into an eighth new state in the U.S. within less than a year. The contract was successfully awarded through a competitive bidding process initiated by a regional Court Support Services agency.

Through this agreement, SuperCom will implement its advanced GPS-based tracking technology across various populations, including adult, juvenile, pretrial, and diversion groups. The contract's unique structure combines initial equipment purchases with a daily service rate model, establishing both up-front and recurring revenue streams. Furthermore, the agreement incorporates provisions for potential future expansions, notably SuperCom's 24/7 Monitoring Center services.

This strategic contract acquisition solidifies SuperCom's growing foothold in the U.S. electronic monitoring market, which is anticipated to grow to $2.3 billion by 2028. CEO Ordan Trabelsi emphasized that winning against several established providers underscores the robustness of their GPS platform and the market's confidence in their capabilities.

"Our entry into an eighth new U.S. state in under a year is a testament to the momentum and effectiveness of our solution in replacing legacy systems," said Trabelsi. "We're committed to delivering scalable, future-ready technology that enhances public safety with greater precision and control."

Founded in 1988, SuperCom has been at the forefront of providing traditional and digital identity solutions, extending its advanced security offerings to governments and organizations worldwide.
