MINERALRITE CORPORATION (RITE) has achieved a pivotal development with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority's (FINRA) acknowledgment of its F Reorganization merger redomicile to Texas. This approval, effective April 30, 2025, marks a significant step in RITE's strategy to enhance its access to capital markets by updating the share exchange from Nevada to the Texas entity on a one-for-one basis. As a result, a new CUSIP number will be assigned, streamlining public market capital raising efforts.

The revocation of the Alberta Securities Commission's Cease Trade Order on March 20, 2025, represents another critical milestone for RITE, removing long-standing trading restrictions and improving engagement with the investment community. This aligns with RITE's goal to become fully auditable and bolster its market presence under the leadership of CEO Burgauer.

Moving forward, RITE is committed to advancing its mining operations, updating its Mine Operating Plan for the Arizona State Land Department, and finalizing BLM property leases in California. These updates aim to bring the company in compliance with the SEC and CRIRSCO requirements for reserve valuations, paving the way for productive mining activities.

The successful completion of these regulatory milestones positions RITE to concentrate on capital raising initiatives, crucial for the development of its mining properties. CEO Burgauer has confirmed that steps are underway to lift the 'Eligible for Unsolicited Quotes Only' flag, further facilitating stock trading activities and enhancing revenue generation opportunities through operational growth in the mining sector.
