Legion Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with KinderCare Learning Companies (KLC) to enhance workforce scheduling across its network of more than 1,530 community-based centers throughout the United States. As a leader in early childhood education, KinderCare is focusing on optimizing staff schedules to better support its teachers and families.

Utilizing the Legion Workforce Management (WFM) platform, the collaboration is set to automate the scheduling process, tailoring schedules to match the dynamic needs of each learning center with employee preferences. This approach not only aims to streamline operations but also enhances the digital experience for staff, potentially saving valuable time for center managers.

“Providing our center staff with tools that make their daily work easier ensures they have more time to spend supporting families and children,” said Lindsay Sorhondo, Chief Innovation Officer at KinderCare Learning Companies. The Legion WFM platform includes pre-built compliance templates, ensuring adherence to staff-to-child ratios and labor laws.

Legion Technologies, recognized for its AI-native workforce management solutions, generates approximately 1.2 million shifts weekly across various industries, including childcare, retail, and hospitality. Sanish Mondkar, CEO and founder of Legion Technologies, emphasized the platform’s capability to address the unique labor challenges faced by early childhood education centers.
