Jade Communications, a leading broadband experience provider, has significantly enhanced its market position by focusing on subscriber experiences over traditional metrics like speed. As part of its strategic partnership with Calix, Inc. (CALX), Jade has increased its Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 32 points in just two years, achieving a score of 83. This remarkable improvement underscores Jade's commitment to delivering exceptional subscriber experiences, distinguishing itself from nine competing providers in southern Colorado.

Through the implementation of the Calix Broadband Platform and SmartLifeâ„¢ managed services, Jade Communications has successfully provided secure and personalized subscriber experiences across residential, business, and community markets, both indoors and outdoors. This approach has resulted in a substantial 73% increase in residential average revenue per user (ARPU) over the past five years.

Jade's innovative offerings, informed by cloud insights, include tailored plans such as "Family Fortress," "Work From Home Warrior," and "Connected Country," which cater to various lifestyle needs. By leveraging these plans and the SmartHome™ managed services suite—featuring ExperienceIQ® network controls and ProtectIQ® cybersecurity—Jade nearly doubled its ARPU among Arlo users in the first year of implementation.

In addition to enhancing residential services, Jade has expanded its community impact by deploying secure SmartTown® Wi-Fi across remote mountain towns within three weeks and partnering with local entities to provide free Wi-Fi to first responders. Jade's recent introduction of SmartBiz™, aimed at the small business sector, has already met 25% of its first-year goal by leveraging best practices from the Calix Sales Acceleration Program. This initiative is designed to provide tailored security, productivity tools, and app-based network controls to small businesses, reinforcing Jade’s dedication to community development and safety.

Jordan Wehe, Co-CEO and Marketing Director at Jade Communications, emphasized the company's commitment to fostering safer and stronger communities through innovative broadband solutions. Meanwhile, John Durocher, Chief Customer Officer at Calix, praised Jade's role as a leader in the broadband experience market, highlighting their ability to deliver meaningful results and maintain a competitive edge in a challenging market.
