ODDITY Tech (ODD) has announced its financial performance for the first quarter of 2025, showcasing significant growth and exceeding guidance across multiple metrics. The company reported a remarkable net revenue of $268 million, marking a 27% increase from $212 million in the same period last year, surpassing their forecasted range of $258-262 million.

The adjusted EBITDA for the quarter amounted to $52 million, highlighting a 9% increase from $48 million in Q1 2024, despite a decrease in the adjusted EBITDA margin to 19.5%. Additionally, ODDITY's net income rose to $38 million, up from $33 million year-over-year, with a net income margin of 14.1% compared to 15.6% the previous year.

The company has also improved its gross margin, reaching 74.9%, an increase of 116 basis points from the previous year's 73.8%. Free cash flow generation was strong at $87 million, demonstrating the company's efficient cash conversion capabilities. Furthermore, ODDITY remains financially robust with $257 million in cash and equivalents, maintaining zero debt as of March 31, 2025.

As a response to the outstanding financial performance, ODDITY has raised its full-year 2025 guidance. The updated forecast predicts net revenues between $790 million and $798 million, representing a 22-23% growth rate. The anticipated gross margin is approximately 71%, while the adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $157 million and $161 million.

Both the IL MAKIAGE and SpoiledChild brands experienced double-digit growth, contributing to the company's overall performance. ODDITY continues to enhance its international presence and is preparing to introduce Brand 3 with a soft launch in Q3 2025, followed by a formal launch in Q4. Additionally, the development of the ODDITY LABS molecule discovery platform remains a strategic focus for the company.
