Chicago-based Littelfuse, Inc. (LFUS), a leader in industrial technology, has disclosed its financial results for the first quarter of 2025, showcasing robust growth and strategic advancements. The company reported net sales of $554 million, reflecting a 3.5% increase compared to the same period last year, with organic growth contributing 2.9%.

The company also announced a significant increase in its adjusted diluted earnings per share, which climbed 24% to $2.19. Littelfuse attributed this growth to a notable improvement in their Electronics Segment, as well as a robust performance within the Industrial Segment, where net sales surged by 15.3%.

In terms of shareholder returns, the company generated $43 million in free cash flow, representing a 3% increase year-over-year, while cash conversion stood at a strong 98%. Littelfuse returned $45 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases, underpinning its commitment to delivering value.

Looking ahead, Littelfuse provided an optimistic outlook for the second quarter of 2025. The company expects net sales to range from $565 million to $595 million, with an adjusted EPS forecast between $2.10 and $2.40, supported by a flexible operating model and diversified market exposure.

Furthermore, in alignment with their growth strategies, Littelfuse will maintain its cash dividend payment of $0.70 per share, slated for distribution on June 5, 2025, to shareholders registered as of May 22, 2025.
