Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (VSH) has announced the launch of two new industrial-grade 1 Form A solid-state relays in a compact SOP-4 package. The newly-released models, VO1401AEFTR and VOR1003M4T, boast impressive continuous load currents of 550 mA and 5 A, paired with load voltages of 60 V and 30 V, respectively. Additionally, both models incorporate a high isolation voltage of 3750 VRMS and a low leakage current of less than 1 µA. These features position them as superior alternatives to traditional electromechanical relays, particularly in environments prone to vibrations.
The relays are designed for rapid switching, with the VO1401AEFTR offering turn-on/off times of 1.3 ms/0.15 ms and the VOR1003M4T featuring 0.5 ms/0.1 ms. Their robust, vibration-proof design, coupled with a compact package, ensures efficient space utilization and enhances the reliability and service life of the relays. These solid-state relays serve a range of applications, including industrial automation, security systems, medical instrumentation, and broadcasting equipment.
Samples and production quantities of these solid-state relays are now available, with a lead time of four weeks. Vishay Intertechnology continues to innovate within the semiconductor industry, delivering essential components across various sectors, including automotive, telecommunications, and medical markets.
