Teleperformance (TLPFY), a leading force in digital business services, announced strategic partnerships with agentic AI innovators Ema and Parloa. These collaborations aim to enhance customer experience and streamline back-office services by integrating AI with human expertise. This initiative is part of TP's broader €100 million AI investment program initiated earlier this year, demonstrating its commitment to advancing AI adoption and operational efficiency.
TP gains exclusive global rights to integrate Ema's AI platforms across its 400+ clients, with an option to invest up to $15 million in Ema's upcoming financing round. Concurrently, TP may invest $10 million in Parloa, whose platform facilitates multilingual AI voice engagement in 137 languages and dialects, enhancing customer interaction capabilities.
The partnerships align with TP's strategic goals to leverage advanced AI tools, alongside its experts, to deliver more personalized customer support and efficient professional services. Last year, TP reported double-digit growth in the back-office services sector, a market that is expected to expand to $320 billion by 2029, driven by growing digital transformation demands.
"By blending human expertise and empathy with advanced agentic AI, we are not only transforming customer experience but also propelling our digital transformation forward," stated Thomas Mackenbrock, TP Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer, highlighting the potential for creating new professional opportunities within the company.
These initiatives underscore TP's effort to remain at the forefront of technology-driven business solutions, ensuring superior client outcomes by fostering seamless AI-human collaboration.
