NextSource Materials Inc. (NSRCF), a leading battery materials development company, has announced a pivotal executive transition at its Molo graphite mine in Madagascar. Johnny Velloza has stepped down from his role as Interim Chief Operating Officer. In his place, Nick Miller has been appointed as Acting Executive Vice President, Operations. This new role consolidates the responsibilities of Interim COO and General Manager, aiming to streamline the company's management structure.

Nick Miller, who previously served as Director of Risk Controls at NextSource, possesses extensive experience from his previous roles at Rio Tinto's Oyu Tolgoi, one of the world's largest copper-gold projects, and at ArcelorMittal Mining. His expertise is expected to be instrumental in optimizing Phase 1 operations at the Molo mine and in preparing for its Phase 2 expansion.

The transition is part of NextSource's strategic focus on enhancing operational efficiency and expanding its capabilities. President and CEO Hanré Rossouw noted, "Nick's experience will be pivotal as we continue to optimize operations and build the foundation for the next phase of Molo's expansion."
