  • Consistent gold grades found throughout 81 drill holes at STLLR's Hollinger Tailings Project.
  • Estimates suggest 50-60 million tonnes of tailings with significant gold reprocessing potential.
  • Favorable regulatory changes fast-track permitting for mining operations in Ontario.

STLLR Gold Inc. (OTCQX: STLRF) has announced positive findings from the characterization program at its Hollinger Tailings Project in Timmins, Ontario. The program completed 423 sonic drill holes covering a total of 11,223 meters, with results published for 81 drill holes. Key findings include consistent gold grades, exemplified by notable intersections of 0.50 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 24.40 meters and 0.51 g/t gold over 19.80 meters.

The Hollinger site, which was operational from 1910 to 1968, houses approximately 50-60 million tonnes of tailings. Historically, the Hollinger Mine produced 19 million ounces of gold at an average grade of 9.9 g/t. Following recent amendments to the Ontario Mining Act, the reprocessing of these legacy tailings is now significantly facilitated, creating opportunities for potential mineral resource estimation and economic evaluation.

Keyvan Salehi, President and CEO of STLLR, noted, "The consistent gold grades support the mining and milling potential of the site, subject to further technical evaluations. With current strong gold prices and low capital requirements compared to traditional mining projects, STLLR is optimistic about the upside potential at Hollinger."

The characterization program, which began in February 2025, aims to assess the project's value and establish a path for mineral resource estimation. The completion of 81 out of 423 drill holes provides encouraging insights into the mineral continuity, with further assay results expected in the coming weeks.
