Alpha Modus Holdings (AMOD), known for its AI-driven retail solutions, has taken a significant step by entering into a patent monetization and funding agreement with Alpha Modus Ventures, LLC. This development comes in the context of a patent infringement lawsuit filed against Broadcom Inc. on April 22, 2025, involving three U.S. patents: 11,108,591; 11,303,473; and 11,310,077, which encompass Fibre Channel over Ethernet technology.

The lawsuit is being adjudicated in the United States Western District Texas Court, a venue noted for its efficiency in handling patent litigation. This legal move by AMOD represents a strategic attempt to monetize its intellectual property and potentially secure considerable financial returns.

In addition to funding the litigation efforts, AMOD has secured an option to acquire 100% ownership of Alpha Modus Ventures, pending shareholder approval. This acquisition option aligns with AMOD's strategic goal of consolidating patent ownership, thereby strengthening its position in ongoing and future enforcement actions against potential infringers.

"This transaction underscores our commitment to unlocking value through aggressive IP enforcement and strategic funding structures," stated William Alessi, CEO of Alpha Modus Holdings. The company is poised to leverage these legal strategies to translate its intellectual property into shareholder value.

While the litigation outcome remains uncertain, AMOD's actions indicate an ambitious shift towards intellectual property monetization, marking a potential transformation in the company's operational strategy. The company anticipates that more lawsuits and partnerships will follow as it continues to expand its IP portfolio.
