This strategic move positions AI+ Hubs as a significant player in AI-driven content creation. ufilm AI technology facilitates the easy creation of TV series, comprising 1-50 episodes ranging from 1 to 35 minutes each, using smartphones. It automates the processes of storyboard generation, ad insertion, and editing.
The first licensing agreement is with Uflix.ai, marking a promising start for AI+ Hubs in the IP licensing business. Each licensed platform is projected to generate $280 million in annual revenue, with AI+ Hubs receiving a 10% royalty of $28 million. The company aims to license the technology to two platforms, projecting a cumulative revenue stream of $476 million over three years.
This acquisition aligns with the burgeoning global OTT TV and video market, anticipated to grow to $215 billion by 2029. The film and entertainment sector is also expected to reach $202.9 billion by 2030.
