Aura Minerals Inc. (TSX: ORA, OTCQX: ORAAF) has declared a dividend of US$0.40 per common share, amounting to approximately US$30 million in total. This substantial dividend, payable on May 20, 2025, exceeds the company's minimum policy requirements and includes US$13.5 million from the Serrote project sale to Appian Capital LLC.

Shareholders of record as of May 13, 2025, will be eligible to receive the dividend. Meanwhile, holders of Brazilian Depositary Receipts (BDR) will receive US$0.1333 per BDR, with payouts expected around May 30, 2025. Based on an exchange rate of BRL 5.8866/USD as of May 2, 2025, each BDR holder will receive approximately BRL 0.784879, although this value is subject to change depending on the market rate on the payment day.

Over the past twelve months, Aura has maintained strong shareholder returns with a combined dividend and share buyback yield of 11%, positioning itself among the top-yielding companies in the global gold mining sector.
