Beyond Lithium Inc. (BYDMF) has announced the acquisition of the Rare One Project located in southeastern British Columbia, which consists of six mineral claims covering 4,688 hectares. The acquisition terms include the payment of mineral claims' staking costs and the issuance of 450,000 common shares. This project falls within the Rocky Mountain Rare Earth Belt and has seen exploration expenditures nearing $1 million from 2005 to 2017, which included soil sampling, geological mapping, and more.

The company's strategic focus also includes the Ear Falls Spodumene Project in Ontario, which spans 20,623 hectares. The project has demonstrated significant potential with spodumene mineralization reaching up to 4.54% Li2O from grab samples. Located near the town of Ear Falls, the project benefits from excellent infrastructure, including access to highways, power lines, and a skilled local workforce. Beyond Lithium has secured permits for diamond drilling, stripping, and geophysical surveys to further explore the asset.

As part of its exploration strategy, Beyond Lithium intends to compile and analyze the available data from the Rare One Project in order to finalize an exploration plan for 2025. CEO Allan Frame expressed enthusiasm over expanding the company's portfolio, emphasizing the acquisition's role in enhancing their mineral exploration capabilities in Canada.
