This integration aims to enhance employee productivity and efficiency by leveraging agentic AI. UKG’s AI solutions, driven by UKG People Fabric, will integrate with ServiceNow’s newly launched AI Agent Fabric.

The collaboration focuses on streamlining operational and administrative tasks, thus enhancing digital employee experiences. It aims to address complex sectors such as payroll, workforce management, and HR solutions, while also exploring potential productivity improvements. According to the Josh Bersin Company, employing AI in existing roles can yield productivity enhancements ranging from 15% to 50%, with AI agents potentially providing over 300+% improvement in task management.
