At its annual Knowledge 2025 event, ServiceNow (NOW, Financial) announced an enhanced collaboration with NVIDIA to advance enterprise AI solutions. Central to this development is the introduction of the Apriel Nemotron 15B, a high-performance reasoning model created in partnership with NVIDIA. This model is designed to assess relationships, apply rules, and make decisions, utilizing data provided by both companies. The open-source large language model (LLM) promises reduced latency and inference costs, enabling faster AI response times.

Additionally, ServiceNow revealed plans to integrate NVIDIA's NeMo microservices into its Workflow Data Fabric.
