  • Tocvan Ventures (TCVNF, Financial) uncovers a new high-grade gold-silver corridor at its Gran Pilar project.
  • Key drill results include 6.1 meters of 5.4 g/t gold and 39 g/t silver within a broader interval.
  • Promising metallurgical recovery rates reported: 95-99% for gold and 73-97% for silver.

Tocvan Ventures Corp. (TCVNF) has announced significant advancements at its Gran Pilar Gold-Silver Project located in Sonora, Mexico. The highlight of the recent drilling results is the discovery of a new high-grade zone, with drillhole JES-25-114 revealing 6.1 meters at 5.4 grams per tonne (g/t) gold and 39 g/t silver within a broader interval of 41.2 meters at 1.0 g/t gold and 10 g/t silver. This mineralization appears at a shallow depth, approximately 20 meters from the surface, marking the furthest northeast high-grade occurrence identified in the project.

This discovery is particularly significant as it aligns with a geophysical resistivity anomaly that extends 250 meters vertically, suggesting further mineralization potential at depth. Tocvan continues to progress with its exploration efforts, with results pending for seven additional reverse circulation (RC) drill holes, including follow-up drilling on previously identified high-grade intersections.

The Gran Pilar project's metallurgical studies have provided favorable recovery rates, showcasing 95-99% for gold and 73-97% for silver. Tocvan Ventures is also planning the development of a pilot processing facility at Pilar, targeted to commence in early 2025, which will be capable of processing up to 50,000 tonnes of material. This initiative forms part of Tocvan's broader strategy to advance the economic potential of its gold-silver assets in the region.
