The upgrade has delivered substantial performance improvements, including the capability to process millions of events per hour and handle thousands of transactions per second. Notably, it has resulted in more than a 50% reduction in billing processing time and nearly doubled the speed of customer-facing interactions.
Beyond these advancements, Amdocs (DOX, Financial) has also enhanced the backend API performance, achieving a reduction of over 50% in data synchronization times. These improvements are designed to offer A1 Bulgaria's end users faster response times, greater billing transparency, and improved service reliability.
