Unisys (UIS) has been acknowledged as a leader in the 2025 Cognitive & Self-Healing IT Infrastructure Management report by NelsonHall's Vendor Evaluation & Assessment Tool (NEAT). This marks the fifth consecutive year that Unisys has maintained its leadership status. The recognition highlights Unisys’s strength in delivering immediate benefits to clients through its advanced AI capabilities, server-centric services, and cognitive service desk functions.

The NelsonHall report praises Unisys for its extensive intellectual property ownership that supports the automation of AIOps and hybrid cloud environments. The company also focuses on modern applications to refactor and rearchitect legacy systems for cloud environments, enhancing its cloud management automation, data analytics, and AI capabilities.

Unisys's cybersecurity capabilities, which include zero trust readiness assessments, attack surface discovery, and threat and forensic analysis, were recognized as major advantages. The company is committed to continuous innovation in cloud offerings to support AI integration into existing systems, thereby helping clients achieve business outcomes through AI-enabled consulting and advisory services.

According to John Laherty, a senior research analyst at NelsonHall, Unisys's framework for developing and operating AI systems supports clients' transition to AI-ready enterprises, which involves industry-specific use cases and a clear focus on AI-enabled Organizational Change Management (OCM).
