Our goal is to migrate more commercial transactions from brick and mortar onto our B2B portal while driving operational efficiencies across our supply chain.
Despite the revenue decline in Q1, we grew gross margins to 27.2%, up both year over year and sequentially, reflecting a stronger product mix and disciplined execution on procurement and freight.
