- Vystar Corporation (VYST, Financial) unveils RXAIR prototype with Hughes Reactor for enhanced air purification.
- The technology combines ultrasonics and UV energy to extend purification beyond the unit.
- Prototype undergoing final testing, with no announced commercial release timeline yet.
Vystar Corporation (VYST) has announced a breakthrough in air purification technology with the development of its next-generation RXAIR prototype. The innovation utilizes the patented Hughes Reactor technology, a creation by Dr. Bryan Stone, that integrates ultrasonics and ultraviolet energy for superior control of airborne diseases.
The RXAIR system features a "kill chamber" that ensures uniform UV exposure and can extend its purification capabilities beyond the device to eliminate organisms on nearby surfaces. This marks a significant advancement over traditional air purifiers, which typically trap or destroy germs only within the unit.
The Hughes Reactor technology transforms the flow of liquids or gases into sound waves without the need for moving parts, allowing for various applications in air and water purification. This capability is poised to enhance chemical reactions, improve flow measurement, and provide instant mixing capabilities.
Although the RXAIR prototype is currently in its final pre-production testing phase, Vystar has not yet disclosed a specific timeline for its commercial release. The company aims to continue refining this technology to address air and water purification challenges effectively.
