Good morning and welcome to the annual meeting of the stockholders of Riley Permian.
I'm Betta Santo, general counsel, corporate secretary, and a member of the board of directors of Riley Permian.
I've been appointed by our board to serve as chairperson of this meeting.
It's approximately 9:00 a.m. central time, and I would like to call our annual meeting to order.
