Agronomics Limited (AGNMF) has announced its unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) per share of 14.81 pence as of March 31, 2025. This figure indicates a 0.80% decline from the NAV of 14.93 pence reported at the end of December 2024. The company's total Net Assets stand at £149 million, comprised of £146 million in investments and £4 million in cash reserves.

The current share price of 7.15 pence reflects a steep 52% discount to the NAV, while the average discount over the past year was 64%. The impairment in NAV during the last quarter, amounting to £1.2 million, is primarily attributed to unrealized foreign exchange (FX) losses totaling £2.5 million. However, this was partially countered by a £1.3 million appreciation in the value of the company's holding in Solar Foods.

Among the noteworthy portfolio developments, Liberation Labs successfully secured a $50.5 million convertible note, Formo Bio obtained a €35 million loan from the European Investment Bank, and Solar Foods received €10 million in government funding. A significant milestone was achieved by Good Dog Food (operating as Meatly), which became the first company to sell cultivated meat for pet food in Europe.

The company continues to focus on strategic investments in the clean food sector, anticipating further funding rounds and regulatory approvals as it moves forward. Executive Chair Jim Mellon highlighted ongoing progress, emphasizing the potential of the portfolio companies in achieving regulatory approval for innovative food products, underscoring the sector’s robust expansion and sustainability goals.
