Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (RCKTF) has announced significant changes in its executive management team as part of its strategic evolution to become a leading supplier of lithium for European and North American battery supply chains. Mirco Wojnarowicz, who has been with the company for three years, has been appointed as CEO, while Christopher Wright assumes the role of CFO. Kerstin Wedemann will continue her role as Chief Legal & Corporate Officer.

Dirk Harbecke, who served as interim CEO since 2022, will focus on his role as Chairman of the Board, ensuring ongoing strategic oversight and leadership continuity as the largest shareholder. This transition underscores the company's commitment to sustainable growth and its strategy to enhance its market position in the lithium industry.

Mirco Wojnarowicz brings extensive leadership experience from the industrial and energy sectors. Since joining Rock Tech in 2022, he has driven strategic initiatives including the creation of a lithium joint venture with Transamine SA. Christopher Wright, with over 15 years in finance and mining, contributes valuable project financing expertise from his tenure at Liontown Resources.

Both new appointees are set to play a crucial role in Rock Tech's plan to supply sustainable, locally produced lithium, aiming for a 100% recycling rate through innovative, environmentally conscious practices. As part of its expansion strategy, Rock Tech plans to establish lithium converters, starting with projects in Germany and Canada, to ensure robust supply chains for the electric vehicle and battery industries.
