- Boron One Holdings (ERVFF, Financial) completed its annual exploration in the Jarandol Basin, Serbia, revealing high-grade borate deposits.
- Exploration covered 60 observation points with 56 samples collected for petrological and chemical analyses.
- Less than 10% of the basin has been explored, indicating significant potential for further discoveries.
Boron One Holdings Inc. (ERVFF), through its subsidiary Balkan Gold, has successfully completed this year's geological exploration program in the Jarandol Basin, Serbia. The program, focusing on borates and associated minerals, has been detailed in a report submitted to the Ministry of Mining.
The exploration effort covered 60 observation points and involved collecting 56 samples for both petrological and chemical analyses. Previous drilling activities in the basin identified promising borate intersections, with notable findings including 1.88 meters averaging 41.33% B2O3, 1.3 meters averaging 41.88% B2O3, and 1.75 meters averaging 39.71% B2O3.
The Jarandol Basin remains largely unexplored, with less than 10% examined so far. This underscores a significant opportunity for Boron One Holdings to potentially expand its Piskanja boron deposit and link with the nearby Pobrdje boron mine. The company's strategic objective is to continue developing the Jarandol Basin, in conjunction with its flagship Piskanja Project, in future drilling programs to further expand and define its resource base.
