Zebra Technologies Corporation (ZBRA), a leader in digitizing and automating workflows, is presenting its latest innovations in intelligent automation at the Automate 2025 event from May 12-15 at Huntington Place, Detroit. The company aims to drive significant advancements in manufacturing and warehouse operations through its comprehensive suite of solutions.

Among the key highlights is the unveiling of the Aurora VGR Assistant, a software add-on for Zebra's Aurora Design Assistant. This tool facilitates vision-guided robotics tasks, targeting applications such as machine tending and packaging, and simplifying the integration of 2D robot guidance in a single software platform.

Zebra is also introducing the Zebra Symmetry Fulfillment solution, which integrates Automated Mobile Robots (AMRs), wearable technology, and analytics. This helps to streamline warehouse operations by reducing the number of AMRs needed by up to 30% compared to legacy systems, thus optimizing costs and productivity.

Furthermore, Zebra is showcasing the AltiZ 4200 3D profile sensor, known for its compact size and high-resolution capabilities, which serve critical inspection roles in electronics and automotive manufacturing. Additionally, Photoneo, now part of Zebra, highlights the MotionCam-3D (Blue), enhancing 3D sensing capabilities for precise metal part picking.

An interactive RFID demo illustrates Zebra's commitment to improving inventory and order accuracy, featuring the MC3390xR and FXR90 readers. The company’s strategic focus aligns with its 2024 Manufacturing Vision Study, which indicates a strong industry trend towards digital transformation, with 92% of manufacturers prioritizing this initiative.
