Patriot Battery Metals Inc. (PMET) has announced a significant enhancement to their Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) at the Shaakichiuwaanaan Lithium Project. The updated MRE indicates 108.0 Mt at 1.40% Li2O as Indicated Resources and 33.3 Mt at 1.33% Li2O as Inferred Resources, which collectively contain 3.75 Mt of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) in Indicated and 1.09 Mt in Inferred categories.

This development marks a considerable 30% increase in the Indicated Resources of the CV5 pegmatite and a dramatic 306% increase at the CV13 pegmatite, positioning the project as the largest lithium pegmatite Indicated Mineral Resource in the Americas. The exploration spans over a 6.9 km strike length, remaining open in multiple directions, and includes prospects for tantalum, cesium, and gallium as valuable by-products.

The company is targeting the completion of its first Ore Reserve and Feasibility Study for the CV5 pegmatite by the third quarter of 2025. This project is expected to significantly influence the lithium raw materials market, highlighting its Tier 1, world-class potential. The proximity to essential infrastructure and consistent year-round access further strengthens the project's strategic positioning.
