GCI, the leading telecommunications operator in Alaska, has announced an extension of its strategic partnership with Netcracker Technology to modernize its Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS). This collaboration is set to enhance GCI's customer, revenue, and operations management capabilities, leading to improved customer experience and business agility.
The upgraded systems will enable GCI to reduce operational costs and expedite service delivery through an automated and streamlined fulfillment and provisioning process. As part of this endeavor, Netcracker will deliver a suite of hosted managed services that accelerate GCI’s business objectives, including faster issue resolution and improved order processing times.
