Broadridge Financial Solutions (BR, Financial) has announced the acquisition of U.S. Patent No. 11,765,405, which protects its innovative technology in orchestrating large language models (LLM) for machine learning agents. This technological advancement underpins BondGPT and BondGPT+, applications designed to revolutionize pre-trade workflows in the corporate bond trading sector.

Launched in June and October 2023, BondGPT and BondGPT+ leverage OpenAI GPT models to process information from multiple datasets and analytical models simultaneously. The applications have been integrated into Broadridge's LTX e-trading platform, offering enhanced access to crucial pre-trade data for corporate bond traders, portfolio managers, and analysts.

The patent highlights several key features such as the "Show your work" feature for data transparency, multi-agent adversarial capabilities to boost accuracy, AI-driven compliance verification, and user profile-based security. These innovations are pivotal in improving the efficiency of trading processes by enabling natural language queries across complex data, thereby reducing decision-making time.
