  • Critical One Energy (CRTL) discovers high-grade antimony deposits at Howells Lake Project, Ontario.
  • Significant intervals include 75% antimony concentration over 8.35 meters.
  • The project is strategically located in a mineral-rich area, south of Canada's Ring of Fire.

Critical One Energy Inc. (CSE: CRTL) (OTCQB: MMTLF) (FSE: 4EF0) announced the discovery of significant high-grade antimony intervals at its Howells Lake Project in Ontario. A particularly notable finding was from drill hole MC-V3-79-22, which revealed antimony concentration of up to 75% over an 8.35-metre interval.

The historical data, spanning from 1979 to 1984, suggests the East zone encompasses an estimated 1.7 million tons of mineralization with an antimony grade of 1.4%. This offers substantial resource potential, especially considering the current valuation of antimony at US$25.00 per pound, a significant increase from the US$1.50 per pound in the 1970s.

The Howells Lake Project also shows promising gold mineralization. Historical intervals include 6.17 grams per tonne of gold over 6.31 meters in drill hole MW-79-2, and surface assays reaching up to 14.19 g/t gold. The antimony and gold mineralization extend over a 5.0-kilometre zone, indicating extensive potential for future exploration.

Located south of the Ring of Fire, an area receiving increasing government attention for mining development, the Howells Lake Project positions Critical One favorably to meet the growing demand for critical minerals such as antimony in North America.
