Morris will continue to serve as the Chief Operating Officer, a role in which he will maintain responsibility for all field operations. He will report directly to Jim Fish, the company's Chief Executive Officer.

In his expanded role, Morris will also oversee the company's initiatives in sustainability, customer experience, and enterprise strategy, as the Chief Officers of these departments will now report to him.
