This reorganization aims to bolster operational transformation and align with the company's long-term strategy, focusing on the triple bottom line of people, planet, and prosperity. The overhaul is designed to improve customer service and operational success across the board.
The restructuring breaks the company into four main business units, each led by experienced internal leaders with a strong focus on customer needs. Among the notable appointments, Lauren Snyder takes on the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Growth Officer, while Tonya Berry steps into the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. Sri Maddipati and Greg Salisbury have been named Presidents of Electric Supply and Electric Distribution, respectively, and LeeRoy Wells Jr. will lead Natural Gas Delivery.
Additionally, Shaun Johnson is appointed as Executive Vice President of Business Transformation, overseeing Legal, Compliance, Rates, and IT functions. Kelly Hall assumes the role of Senior Vice President of Regulatory & Legal Affairs. The Finance and Business Support Services unit continues under the leadership of Rejji Hayes, who will also manage NorthStar Clean Energy. Brandon Hofmeister retains his oversight of Strategy, Sustainability, and External Affairs.
