ARAAF Receives Second Round of Technical Queries in Environmental Review | ARAAF Stock News

Aclara Resources (ARAAF, Financial) has advanced in its environmental licensing process by receiving the second set of technical observations, known in Chile as the "Second ICSARA." This set of observations comes from the Environmental Service Assessment Authority and various other government entities reviewing the Penco Module Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). Out of the twenty reviewing bodies, sixteen submitted further inquiries, while the remaining four approved the EIA without additional remarks. The Second ICSARA contains 205 technical questions that Aclara Resources plans to address by the third quarter of 2025. The company is committed to maintaining close collaboration with the reviewing authorities as the environmental evaluation progresses.
