The event will take place at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago from May 17 to May 20, 2025. ADAM's latest upgrade features an artisanal espresso system incorporating specialized café equipment, such as a precision grinder and a hand-pressed espresso machine, to deliver high-quality coffee.
The advancement brings a new level of intelligence to the process, utilizing physical AI capabilities for real-time monitoring and control of espresso preparation. By leveraging NVIDIA-powered AI vision technology, ADAM meticulously observes and adjusts water pressure during the espresso extraction, ensuring each shot is optimized.
