The acquisition includes two New Holland dealership locations situated in Brookings and Watertown, South Dakota. The transaction was completed on May 15, 2025.

For the calendar year 2024, Farmers Implement & Irrigation, under the leadership of David Gullickson, generated approximately $20 million in revenue. This acquisition allows Titan Machinery to enhance its New Holland presence in the profitable eastern region of South Dakota, further aligning with the company's strategic growth initiatives.

CEO Bryan Knutson expressed that the acquisition builds upon the solid foundation established by Gullickson during his notable 53-year career.
