Dell Technologies (DELL, Financial) unveiled new enterprise AI solutions in collaboration with NVIDIA at a technology conference in Las Vegas. The company has upgraded its AI Factory infrastructure, solutions, and services to streamline the implementation of AI in businesses. Dell's stock has risen 60% since April, reaching $114, with a market cap approaching $800 billion.
The new offerings include advanced computing, data storage, management, and networking solutions. Dell introduced next-generation AI infrastructure, featuring PowerEdge servers that support up to 192 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs, boosting large language model (LLM) training speeds by up to four times. The company also plans to integrate NVIDIA's Vera CPU and Vera Rubin platform to enhance AI performance and efficiency.
Currently, 75% of organizations view AI as a core strategy, with 65% advancing AI projects to production. However, challenges such as data quality, security concerns, and high costs remain. Dell claims its AI Factory solutions offer a 62% cost advantage in deploying LLM inference locally compared to public cloud options.
Looking ahead, Dell is expanding its AI product line to meet diverse deployment needs, from edge to data centers. The PowerEdge XE7745 server will support NVIDIA RTX Pro 6000 Blackwell GPUs by July 2025, catering to AI applications like robotics and digital twins.
