This collaboration follows the successful completion of joint term sheet objectives, marking a new era for sustainable infrastructure.

The groundbreaking technology from this partnership has demonstrated a 95% reduction in fossil fuel usage during asphalt production, as validated by trials at the National Center for Asphalt Technology in Auburn, Alabama. This innovation not only offers significant environmental benefits but also creates a scalable model for engineered carbon removal, introducing a novel revenue stream through Carbon Removal Credits.

In a pioneering achievement, Verde Resources successfully generated the first-ever biochar-based Carbon Removal Credits from asphalt in April 2025.
