Indeed, known as the world's leading job site, has announced the integration of Agentforce, Salesforce's (CRM, Financial) AI-powered platform, to enhance its employer account onboarding process. This strategic move is designed to streamline operations by using digital labor to automate regular administrative tasks. By implementing AI agents, Indeed intends to allow their staff to focus on more complex issues, fostering stronger employer relationships and expediting the hiring process.

Indeed, which supports more than 610 million job seeker profiles globally, noticed that approximately 22% of employer support requests deal with onboarding or account moderation. In response, Agentforce will autonomously manage straightforward queries, addressing routine questions about account verification and job posting issues, thus liberating Indeed’s employees to attend to more specialized tasks.

"Our mission at Indeed is centered on helping people secure jobs," expressed Anthony Moisant, Indeed’s Chief Information Officer & Chief Security Officer. "Employing Agentforce lets us simplify the hiring experience, empowering employers to make quality hires, and aiding job seekers in finding the right opportunities faster."

This initiative will also witness the deployment of Data Cloud to unify Indeed’s data and MuleSoft to provide real-time access to third-party data sources, enhancing the effectiveness of Agentforce in offering prompt support and accurate information. Adam Evans, EVP and GM at Salesforce AI, highlighted that Indeed's strategy will not only enhance onboarding but also enable their teams to focus on specific employer needs, thus expanding job opportunities.
