Duos Technologies Group, Inc. (DUOT) has announced a strategic partnership with Region 3 Education Service Center (ESC) to establish a new Edge Data Center (EDC) in Victoria, Texas. This deployment will serve as a crucial computing hub, catering to 37 school districts in the Region 3 area. The facility will enable low-latency access to AI-based learning platforms, telemedicine, and electronic health records (EHR) systems, enhancing the technological infrastructure for educational institutions.
The Victoria Edge Data Center is designed with SOC 2 Type II compliance, N+1 power redundancy, and dual generators, ensuring high security and reliability. This project is a critical component of Duos Edge AI's 2025 expansion roadmap, which aims to deliver 15 contracted EDCs by the end of 2025. The company has identified nine commercial sites and is actively negotiating additional locations across Texas, the Southeast, and Midwest.
