SKYX Platforms Corp (SKYX) has announced a significant partnership with a $3 billion mixed-use smart city development in Miami's Little River District. The company is set to deploy over 500,000 units of its advanced plug & play smart home technologies across the 63-acre project, which is managed by SG Holdings, a joint venture between Swerdlow Group, SJM Partners, and Alben Duffie.

The development includes over 5,700 residential units, with 2,400 designated as affordable housing. These units will be equipped with a suite of SKYX's smart home technologies, featuring AI ecosystems, ceiling outlet receptacles, WIFI repeaters, and various other plug & play products. The comprehensive smart home platform is designed to enhance safety and connectivity, with features such as 911 emergency calling, room-to-room intercom, smoke detectors, and thermostats.

With financial backing from both U.S. and global manufacturers, SKYX aims to capitalize on the project's potential for recurring revenue streams through upgrades, monitoring services, subscriptions, and future platform-wide integrations. The integration of SKYX technologies across the development establishes a model for smart urban living and sets a precedent for future developments in the region.
