Ms. Brown will stand for re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
The Board has confirmed that both Mr. Soriot and Ms. Brown meet the independence standards required by the New York Stock Exchange corporate governance listing standards. They have no material interests in transactions with the company and will receive standard compensation for their roles as non-employee directors.
